5 reasons for me to workout

1. For the adrenaline rush right after the 29th minute of a good run!
2. To sleep like a baby (even if it's just for 3 hours -_- ). 
3. To get smoother skin (yes it works).
4. To be able to get to that class on the fifth floor without collapsing.
5. To feel Soundofmusic happy!!
